With significant experience in strategic and tactical planning, I can help your business establish, update and implement your business model and business plans. I have done a lot of work on new product and service development, and optimized operations through process improvement and training programs. My experiences include a major focus on call center operations and management for customer technical support.  Althrough my career centered on high tech in larger companies, I grew up in a small business household, learned the challenges of small businesses at the dinner table and maintained involvement in a family business.
