As a lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator, I have helped many clients with negotiation and drafting of contracts, employment issues, intellectual property, business strategy, and conflict resolution. Under SCORE’s rules I’m not allowed to provide legal advice, but I can use my more than 40 years of experience to help you understand your legal and business options, solve problems, and get things done. I have worked with organizations in many industries, but I have the most experience with the fields of health care, biotech/pharma, and life sciences, and with companies doing business with universities and research organizations. Having negotiated many complex and high-stakes business agreements myself and been in charge of making difficult decisions about litigation and other disputes, I can help clients who face challenging problems understand where they are, what risks they face, and what choices are available to them.
